Care of the Property
- Please treat the gîte, furniture, and equipment with care, as if it were your own home.
- Any breakages, damage, or problems should be reported to us as soon as possible.
Guests & Occupancy
- Only the number of guests stated in your booking are allowed to stay overnight.
- Visitors are welcome during the day, but large gatherings or parties are not permitted without prior agreement.
Noise & Neighbours
- Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Parties, events, or loud music are not allowed.
Smoking
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the gîte.
- If you smoke outside, please use the ashtrays provided and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Pets
Safety
- Do not move or tamper with electrical, heating, or safety equipment.
- Candles are not allowed in the property, barbecues, must be used responsibly and never left unattended.
Cleanliness
- Please leave the gîte in a reasonably clean and tidy condition on departure.
- Rubbish and recycling should be disposed of in the designated bins.
Departure
- Please return all keys as instructed.
- Any lost keys may result in a replacement charge.
